Shipping and Returns
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
At this time, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please carefully review your order, product information and sizing charts before making your purchase. Click here to view our Sizing Charts.
Also ensure that the appropriate Currency has been selected for your region. Currency Selector can be found at the bottom footer of each website page.
Please check our site periodically as our policies may change in the future to accommodate returns and/or exchanges.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday-Saturday except for national holidays. Please note that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES:
All items are shipped out of Canada.
For orders shipping within Canada and the United States, please allow between 5-7 business days for delivery time.
For all other International orders, please allow between 14-21 business days for delivery time.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders upon order completion and processing.
Please note that due to the current pandemic, transit and delivery times may vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
SHIPPING RATES:
Flat rate shipping of $10.00 will apply to all orders within Canada and the United States.
Flat rate shipping of $15.00 will apply for all other International orders.
Please note that Double-A Clothing is not responsible for additional fees and charges that may occur in relation to customs and duties.
SHIPPING CARRIERS:
Orders are shipped to Canada through Canada Post.
Orders are shipped to the United States through USPS (United States Postal Service).
International orders are shipped through Asendia (then transferred to local postal authorities in the destination country).
TRACKING NUMBERS:
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders after they have been processed and are ready to ship. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. If you do not see an email from us, please also check your spam/junk folder. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to register in the delivery carrier's system.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:
Double-A Clothing works with its delivery carriers to the best of our ability to clear international customs in order to alleviate any responsibility for our customers.
However, customs policies will vary from country to country. When your order reaches its destination country, your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures and/or import duties and taxes which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the import laws of the destination country.
Double-A Clothing cannot control and is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. Double-A Clothing is not responsible for the payment of customs clearance, or any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount in order to decrease potential international customs fees.

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS.
Please note that Double-A Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items either during transit or upon delivery to its destination. Packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and Double-A Clothing does not assume any liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
